Gibraltar Hardware SC-QRHHC Quick Release Hi Hat Drop Clutch   Play double bass and a closed hi hat at the same time! Based on Gibraltar’s quick release hi hat clutch, and fitted with drop clutch system. Operates as a standard drop-clutch by hitting the lever to drop your top hat and stepping on the hi-hat pedal to pick it back up.   Fitted with a spring and ball bearing locking sleeve, the locking nut quickly snaps onto your cymbals without using threads. The clutch stem’s quick locking mechanism keeps the clutch from detaching during play.
